Heritage Museum : A journey of history of transportation
The Heritage transport museum is one of the major museums in India. Majorly depicting the evolution of transportation in India. The Museum inaugurated in the year 2013, became India’s largest private museum of that time. It deals with the history of human transportation. It is located in Tauru in the Gurgaon district of the state of Haryana.
Vision Of the Museum :
To evolve a multi-experiential facility that explores the history of transportation, with an emphasis on the Indian context, and to become a resource centre for transport development.
Mission of the museum:
Establish a state of the art interpretive and experimental museum that will be rigorously promoted within the heritage and tourism sector. Evolve curriculum-based partnerships with schools and other resource centres in order to provide research and documentation programmes. Change the museum exhibits yearly, adhering to the original thematic, in an effort to create an evolving space.

Every NOOK and corner of the museum rides you to the locomotive evolution of manhood. According to the chronology, all the sections are laid. Thus, dictating a significant amount of information related to transportation culture through art and technology. The audiovisual guides are an attractive part of the museum. Also Spotless exhibits various kinds of transport like bullock carts, vintage cars, trains, trucks, bikes, and motorcycles.
The pictures can be clicked anywhere without any restrictions. Additionally, there is a kitchen garden on the auxiliary end of the museum. Specifically, the attractive part of the garden is you can pick up fresh veggies and can also purchase them. The cafeteria area build-up for having snacks and drinks.
