Indian Railways: Trains will  begin their long-distance journeys

Indian Railways gradually return to their tracks covering long distances. 

As India witnesses a gradual decline of the COVID cases, it prepares itself for lifting lockdown. 

Subsequently, trains begin their long-distance journeys.  Already, The list has been declared.

Surely, the trains will return on tracks in phases. Perhaps, the decision will depend on the recovery rates of specific regions of the country. 

This Week Schedule for Indian Railways-

According to Trak. in the trains resuming their journey are namely-

Further, the North Central Railway Zone will commence the journey with the following trains-

Lastly, the Southern Railways will resume the following trains-

Further, the timings and route for the trains will remain the same. No modifications in the timings of trains will be seen.

The dates for the same have been mentioned in the list.

Apparently, all routes and schedules will be available for passengers by June end. 

However, railways have emphasized maintaining COVID-appropriate behavior.

Perhaps, the trains will begin their long-distance journeys soon. Since trains are affordable for the large working Indian population. That is why the passengers must be cautious as the pandemic is not over. Moreover, the pattern of waves returning is no longer hidden to any. Indeed, it must be the responsibility of both, the authority and the passengers, to ensure a safe and healthy journey.
