WWDC 2021: How to stream the event online, what is expected in the event

The Apple WWDC 2021 reveals inspiration and new opportunities. This year also the event will virtually happen directly from Apple Park. Due to the ongoing pandemic, the WWDC will conduct the event at a virtual conference.

Apple usually unveils its new software versions, devices across various platforms. This time the event is expected to unveil iOS 15, iPadOS 15, watchOS 7, macOS 12, and tvOS 15. The latest advancement in the devices along with this might reveal some hardware also.

Timings of the Event:

According to the PDT time zone, the event will stream at 10 am on 7th June. That is 10:30 pm according to the IST time zone. The strictly virtual event will happen in accordance with the ongoing pandemic. This is the second time apple will conduct wwdc virtually.

How to access the live streaming event?

The event link is shared on YouTube by Apple itself. The viewers can set reminders or even bookmarks the link for the event on the page. Besides this, the conference will be streaming live from the company’s official website for the event.

For the best streaming experience, the official website suggested an iPhone 7 or later, iPad (5th generation or later), or iPod touch (7th generation) using Safari on iOS 12 or later. Using Safari for mac on macOS Mojave 10.14 or later.

“Digital Lounges” has been set up by Apple. In the space, the developers will interact with Apple engineers after signing up themselves. In this lounge special activities will be conducted across the week and respond to the queries by the engineers also.

Expectations from the WWDC 2021:

Software: The revelation of different software with multiple new features across its different platform that includes even the software for Apple TV.

Ios 15: with a push towards the privacy agenda the company is limiting invasive applications.

iOS and iPadOS software: With this, it is expected to get the settings, ability to set status, for times when the user is driving, sleeping, working, or just set DND.

Along with all these Apple is expected to make updates within its operating system also.
